Wrist and Hand Sessions

If you have issues of pain, stiffness or weakness with your wrists and hands, this one-on-one clinic will teach strategies to strengthen and mobilize your upper extremities.


Issues such as carpal tunnel syndrome, “blackberry thumb”, mommy wrist (Quervain’s Tenosynovitis) and  tennis elbow are addressed. Wrist and Hand Sessions are appropriate for people with various wrist afflictions due to repetitive stress.

Sessions review proper wrist alignment while exercising, build upper limb strength and flexibility, teach self massage & self traction and review ergonomically neutral wrist positions during everyday activities.

This protocol was developed by Pamela Warshay, while she was afflicted with
de Quervain’s Tenosynovitis (mommy wrist) as a new mom. This sequence of strength training and  soft tissue release alleviated the chronic pain she developed from holding her baby. Her pain was alleviated in less than one week with practicing these daily exercises.
