A full body strength and alignment based system, Pilates is great for sports such as
soccer, swimming, basketball, tennis, baseball, fencing, crew and dance team.
We offer 2 training options:
In our studio:
Our staff teaches your team at Sage Fitness for a minimum 8 weekly training sessions. We schedule your clinics to begin with your pre-game training calendar, and take you into your season. Our staff teaches your team a set routine on our apparatus, having them practice and refine their customized Pilates circuit. These clinics are 90 Minutes each and can be scheduled in the evenings or on weekends. Depending on your teams' size, all member can train at once, or can be broken up into 2 or 3 groups.
At your facility:
Our staff travels to your facility to teach the classic codified Pilates Mat sequencing to your team. Minimum of 8 session for this package. Your team must provide their own mats.
Teacher:Student ratio and pricing:
Pricing depends on the number of participants and travel time for off-site clinics. In our studio, instructor to athlete ratio is 1:4. At your facility, instructor to athlete ratio is 1:15.
Both programs are for athletes 9 years old and up.
