Pamela currently is one of a small handful
of instructors in the United States teaching this innovative, potent
golf fitness format. Taught to her by the course co-creator David
Rasmussen (PGA Tour Instructor and Gyrotonic instructor), this format
has multiple exercises for every part of the golf swing.

14 years of experience in the mind-body fitness industry, Pamela

Having taught several methodologies of movement, she has found Gyrotonic

Golf
and Gyrotonic
Gyrotonic is a system that increases rotation,
joint mobilization, strength and flexibility. It has been adopted
by PGA athletes as well as serious golfers due to its comprehensive
and remarkable ability to address every component of a golf swing.
Gyrotonic
exercises for golfers restore and improve the natural forces of
body alignment. This is the basis for improving functional strength,
flexibility, endurance and speed required for overall conditioning
and for the correct swing. The design of the equipment itself guides
the body to move in three dimensions, making it a natural fit with
the elliptical pathway of the golf swing.

specialized equipment called the Pulley Tower, designed exclusively
for the Gyrotonic Expansion System. The equipment consists of a
multi pulley-cable system and rotational discs which allow one’s
body to work in a complete, unobstructed range of motion while having
the support of constant, sustained resistance.
Within
each workout, exercises performed on the equipment are all designed
to be specifically customized, giving the golfer their own unique
